WALK-IN│CAMPSITES

Our walk-in sites are available to be booked in advanced, and offer a comfortable stay tucked away in the wilderness.

We have two areas with walk-in tent sites: A, B and C, located on the ridge between the Mountain View and Pine Meadows areas, and D, E, F, G, H which are located at the bottom of the campground near the park and river.

Park your car in the adjacent parking areas and walk in to your wilderness campsite. A, B and C are located a short uphill walk from the parking while D, E, F, G and H are located a short flat walk from the parking.

Walk in tent sites feature a mulched tent pad for your tent and a gravel area with picnic table and firepit. The tent pads run aprrox 10-15 ft (square) in size depending on which site. Please inquire with our campground office if you would like to inquire about specific sizes of each site.

Please note these sites are unserviced. Water is available at taps either by the Mountain View washrooms or by non-service site 1 (white on the map). We also have dishwashing stations located in multiple locations in the campground for your convenience!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Note that sizes vary between sites.

    • One fire pit and one picnic table on each site

    • NOT riverview

    • Parking for one vehicle per site

    • Soft, forested tent pads

    • Each site has a large and a small tent pad.

    • Tent pad measurements:
      A: 16 × 10 ft and 10 × 9 ft
      B: 18 × 9 ft and 9 × 8 ft
      C: 14 × 19 ft and 11 × 11 ft

    • These sites are wak-in only. It is a short 5 minute uphill walk from the parking.

    • There is no power or water at these sites. Water can be accessed throughout the campground

    • Cell phone service is spotty at our campground and there is no guarantee you will receive wifi or cell service.

    • Be Bear Aware! If you use the BBQ/Grill you must clean it after each use.

    • Be Animal Aware! Garbage and recycling must be disposed each night. Garbage and recycling facilities are located at all washroom buildings, a short walk away.

    • Food and Drinks will attract bears and critters like skunks, please do not leave out any food/beverages overnight or when you are away from your campsite.

  • Check in: 2pm

    Check out: 11am at the latest.

    Unauthorized late check-outs will incur additional night charges.

    Quiet Time: 11pm to 8am

 

The campground is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please ensure your valuables are stored securely when unattended.
